To request a return and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), customers must contact our sales team in advance at hinges@watersonusa.com

Custom-made orders are non-refundable.

Shipping costs, duties, tariffs, customs fees, import taxes, credit card fees, and other payment processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

All returns require prior written approval.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return freight and related charges.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
General Return Conditions - Unused Products
To be eligible for return consideration, all items must:

Be returned in the same condition as received

Be unused and not installed

Be returned in original packaging (damaged packaging may be accepted if the product itself is unused)

Include the RMA form in the return package.
General Return Conditions - Products used

Products showing clear signs of installation, use, modification, repainting, or damage are generally not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold without rework.

In such cases, return eligibility will be determined solely by our Quality Department after inspection.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Include the RMA form in the return package.
